The Role:
Carrying out the processes related to personnel management and labour relations.
Maintaining and keep tracking of database of employees going on paternity /maternity/child care leave/compassionate leave
Responsible for checking and collating of Rotation/Shift and Annual leave schedules produced by departments, including recall from vacation; proper calculation of annual leave day balance
Preparing Company official documents re national employees transfer, salary change.
Form employment, transfer and termination of employees in accordance with labour legislation, policies and orders of the organization’s management, and also other HR documentation
Recording the Administrative data’s into the HR Information System (Smart Stream)/HRB Administration Module
Providing other HR Administration support in accordance with the Company business objectives
Ensure HR policies are executed, applied for all employees equally, which were developed in accordance with the international applied order and Labor Code of RoK.
Providing support and advice to HR junior staff and specialists regarding the implications of the application & interpretation of the:
Company’s HR policies and practices.
Employment Relations (ER) issues.
Preparation and submission of reports to external local authorities as per request.
Issuing Company official documents re national employees transfer, salary change/termination
Supporting National Staff Administration Team Lead in the operative management of all activities related to the Personnel administration section.
Advising Operational Line Departments & HR Junior Staff on HR issues related to employees relations (disciplinary & grievance) and preparing official documents
Providing support in implementing administration procedure and process
Fill in the records into the labour books and other documents of the employees.
Enter information about qualitative, quantitative content of employees and their movement into the personnel database, controls its timely updated and upload Conducting ad-hoc projects as required
Responsible for arranging monthly Payroll (the List of Overtime, Holiday, Rest days off working hours for DHK employees who is working 5/2 schedule and nightshift working hours for DHK employees that working shift/rotation schedule)
Responsible for arranging the table of Compensation payment ( the list of Overtime, Holiday working hours for DHK employees who are working by shift/rotation schedule)
Keep track of annual leave granting to employees, executes control on putting the schedule and following it
Recording the Administrative data’s into the HR Information System (Smart Stream)/HRB Administration Module
Maintaining and keep tracking of business trips/trainings administration
Checking monthly timesheets completion in SAP/HRB for compliance with Company policy.
Preparation of employees employment reference/ Income Tax statement
Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by Team Lead that are related to this job.
Checking all data’s submitted to HRIS before payroll closing
Maintaining and checking all benefits (such as: kindergarten support, schooling fee reimbursement, education support, financial support, summer camp support) for all DHK personnel ensuring compliance with Compensation & benefits Policy prior reimbursement in HRIS
Form and handle the personal files of employees, updates them with details related to work activities.
Update the relevant employee information in HR database/systems of the Company
Form employment, transfer and termination of employees in accordance with labour legislation, policies and orders of the organization’s management, and also other HR documentation (including the personal files of employees).
Creation of NK for 3rd parties (nk11 and NK82)
Responsible for electronic and hard copy archive
Liaison with Military Registration Office and acting as focal point in meeting with their representative, advising the HR Management of key issues arising from the meeting.
Maintaining military database with staff records of local staff.
Perform other administration activities to support.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
University Degree in Legal or Economics areas
3 years HR experience.
Experience in the International Oil & Gas E & P industry is preferable

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge & understanding of the Kazakhstan Labour legislation and HR policies and the application of company policies within the legislation
Good written and verbal communication skills – being confident in dealing with Senior Operations Management, Staff, Government and non-Government agencies & Contractors,
Ability to think logically, grasp problems quickly and arrive at equitable and professionally sound solutions
Ability to set own work/time management issues
Good decision making skills
Good knowledge of English, Russian and Kazakh
