The Role:
Creating and maintaining a positive atmosphere within the company through various activities/projects.
Initiate and implement effective communications at all levels of staff
Provide HR guidance and advice employees/line managers/supervisors as required in the area of influence (recruitment, organization, Training and development…)
Maintains organization staff supporting direct manager in establishing a recruitment plan following company guidelines.
Coordinate the recruitment processes, make sure all information related to the vacant is provide by manager.
Provide information, advice and assistance to line managers/supervisors on staff recruitment when required.
Search for external recruitment agencies to help in the source of candidates according to HQ polices.
Support managers at all time during the requirement process.
Providing employee orientation
Assist Managers in developing a training plan for their teams.
Make sure training plans are defined and communicated to each employee according to company practices.
Guarantee that training actions take place according to training plan schedule and company policies.
Organize training actions when required.
