The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
• Provide advice and guidance to employees, line managers and colleagues in discharging their responsibilities within the HR processes.
• Ensure all procedures are carried out within existing organisational policy, referring all potential non-Policy issues to the Business HR Manager.
• Ensure HRCS receive accurate information in a timely manner to support the HR processes within the relevant payroll deadlines.
• Represent HR in all HR processes except for recruitment of permanent employees and temporary workers.
• Support the Payroll Administrator in all Payroll activities
• Support the business in the execution of the Performance Development Appraisal process and the People Review Sessions

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Working towards CIPD qualification
• Experience of working within a multi-national organisation
• Ability to use own initiative
• Experience of consultation
• Basic understanding of payroll

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience of SAP
