The Role:
Reward Analyst (Compensation & Benefits)

Responsible for the delivery and execution of timely and accurate reward operations to E & Below employees within the country and/or region.
Accountable for providing accurate and timely support to reward consultant(s) prioritizing and managing conflicting demands.
Works to ensure the consistent application of reward process and policy.
Makes suggestions and works to simplify and standardise reward process and policy in-country and regionally.
Inputs into the Process, Policy and Projects team when required to help co-create fit for purpose solutions.
Conducts assurance on compliance with policies and local regulatory requirements.
Proactively shares knowledge and helps to develop team members to build professional capability for the good of the function.
Recognises when to escalate a matter requiring approval per DofA with knowledge of the correct path to take to ensure a timely resolution.

Track record of successfully providing reward operations to a diverse and varied population within a demanding global, matrix environment.
Good working knowledge of the BP business segments and Group.
Commercial acumen to be aware of the bottom-line impact of reward initiatives.
Sound experience of assisting reward consultants and managers to deliver reward solutions to BFHR.
Good understanding of the regulatory, legal and social requirements for reward and performance management in the region.

Strong One team behaviours with ability to work successfully in a large, diverse and geographically spread team.
Strength of character to challenge recommendations, suggest alternatives, manage expectations and ensure adherence to global policy.
Strong relationship management skills, can work horizontally and vertically within the reward structure.
Ability to manage a varied workload prioritizing conflicting demands.
Effective communicator choosing the appropriate style for the recipient.
Good analytical and numeracy skills.
