The Role:
Our leading client is currently seeking a HR Analyst to be based in Dubai and commuting to Iraq on a weekly basis working on a 5/2 rotation.

Responsible for leading the implementation of HR Enterprise Systems in Iraq. Also responsible for providing HR management reports, manpower planning & control and payroll process support across the Venture to ensure timely and efficient execution of HR systems processes.  

HR Analyst shall be responsible for:
· Leading the HR systems implementation and develop workable plans and clear processes
· Coordinate the timely data migration of multiple d-bases 
· Identify & resolve non-compliance and working with end users to resolve issues
· Delivery of training to staff in order that they achieve the required level of competence in HR systems execution
· Work closely with end users to implement various HR modules, including workflow applications
· Make decisions on behalf of HR on system change requests
· Proactively engage with key stakeholder for timely approvals at each stage gate

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: The following duties are typical for this classification. Incumbents may not perform all of the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth below to address business needs and changing business practices.

1. Perform a variety of complex and difficult professional level duties in support of BGC’s human resource functions including benefits administration, classification and compensation analysis, recruitment and manpower control, ERP system management, payroll & personnel process management, and HR management reporting and analysis.
2. Oversee, coordinate and administer BGC HR Information systems (i.e. LMS, PMS).
3. Coordinate and oversee payroll changes and salary adjustments; coordinate, implement and maintain mass salary increases; update, verify and maintain pay scale wages; ensure that documents are prepared accurately.
4. Conduct complex salary, benefit and classification surveys; compute and compile survey data and results; recommend modifications to administrative programs, policies and procedures as appropriate.
5. Calculate HR statistics and prepare related HR management reports.
6. Provide information regarding personnel actions, discipline, employee records, benefits and other related matters.
7. Maintain confidential personnel records for BGC staff including documentation of appointments, transfers, salary and other related documents; maintain a variety of files, including current classification specifications.
8. Coordinate and review the manpower plan.
9. Participate in coordinating the HR annual budget including tracking & drafting the budget.
10. Perform related duties as required.

HR Systems Implementation Responsibilities:
1. Manage the configuration, maintenance, modification, operation, and implementation of assigned module(s); identify and resolve ongoing functional and technical issues; coordinate, configure, maintain and test system modifications; create employee work schedules; identify, recommend and facilitate system enhancements.
2. Provide technical support to end users; respond to end user requests for information on system use; investigate, troubleshoot and resolve end users problems; develop, coordinate, and test system modifications to address user needs; maintain system and end user documentation and procedures; coordinate and conduct training sessions as necessary.
3. Maintain system authorizations.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge of: Advanced principles, laws and practices of human resources management including recruitment, classification, compensation and organizational theory.
Advanced methods and techniques used in conducting research and analyzing data.
Report preparation.
Principles and procedures of record keeping.
Principles of supervision, training and performance evaluation.
Office procedures, methods, and equipment including computers and applicable software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and other specialized applications related to area of assignment.
An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System.
ERP processing requirements and software configurations.
