The Role:
***Only applications from candidates who already hold the rights to work in Vietnam will be considered.***

- In charge of labor contract, payroll, personal income tax matters, all kinds of insurance, welfare, benefits for staff within the organization covering North & South of Vietnam according to the group strategy & Vietnam labor law
- Develop & execute recruit plan, staff training involving job description, fill open position, determine effective & efficient method on interview, evaluation, survey
- Actively develop strong network through management & employee to establish the recognizing “Employer of Choice” within the organization and the industry in a manner of employee satisfactory focus for long-service oriented
- Administrative duties including meal catering, security, compliance to fire and industry regulations, event organization within the organization and public
- Report directly to General manager

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Education background in University of Economy, Law or HR
- At least 5 years of experience in Administration & HR in a foreign enterprises
- High teamwork spirit & responsibility
- Having highest level of integrity & long-term commitment
- Good communication in Vietnamese & English
