The Company:
Polyurethanes business at Bangpoo Industrial Estate

The Role:
THAI Nationality Only.

Report to: HR Manager, ASEAN
Job Purpose: Responsible for providing support in various human resources area include recruitment, payroll, training, benefit/welfare and administration.

Site EHS
Follow site EHS Policy and procedure by safe work, report all unsafe act by using tools or written learning incident to prevent any accidents occur.
Support local regulatory program such as White factory
To ensure hygiene standard and morale for associates
Summarize and deliver man-hours monthly

Payroll & Related
Calculate overtimes, perfect attendance and allowance for full-time employees and contractors
Monthly attendance report
Monthly leave & late report
Support staff attendant process and deliver daily staff attendant report

Recruitment & Staffing
Coordinate with team leader / supervisor and external search firms if applicable
Screeing CV (non management) and propose for interview
Schedule for interview
Preparing mediacl checkup for new staff
Making induction program for new staff and coordinating with related parties

Training
Administrator for Coenerstone (troubleshoot/train new staff)
Prepare report for reminding associate to ensure the training to be completed

Benefit & Welfare
Support the process for health insurance and dental claim
Prepare long service award list
Annual mediacl checkup

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Administration or related
Proficient in written and spoken English
Proficient in MS Office application, especially excel & powerpoint and internet
Good plan, organize, coordinate and implement target plan
Good interpersonal skill and cmmunication skill
Good both service mind and motivation skill
Good commitment and flexibility in working hour
