Our client is a leading international O&G Operator with a particular focus on the Middle East.

The Role:
Job Description

Via the Training, Technology and Scholarships fund (TTSF) our client invests, in cooperation with South Oil Company (SOC), in the development in Iraq.

The HR/TTSF Administrator supports the Learning Advisor in Delivery of the Learning Plan. Additionally, the HR/TTSF Administrator will provide administrative support for the HR Manager of the Iraqi project.

Accountabilities:

Coordination of the correspondence between SOC and SIPD HR (in HR, Learning and TTSF).
Keeping the correspondence tracker up to date, work with relevant action owners to ensure all letters are swiftly followed up.
Expense reports
Support in delivering overseas training
Support Finance in monitoring cost and map invoices
Act as a focal point for logistical team
Flag and react to adhoc requests and issues from overseas course participants

Please note that this role will be paying circa $100-150 per day.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Structured and detail orientated
Collaborative and solid communication skills
Able to work with Microsoft Office tools
Preference (not essential): Experience in Finance
Preference (not essential): Experience in Event Management
