The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
•Staff planning and reporting
•Utilise HR information systems to access relevant and timely reports including:
- Workforce reporting via JDE – headcount, turnover, % availability, churn and others as requested
- Staffing - % of plan, approvals status, headcount by team per month, and others as requested
- Training – IIF, OSPREY, Induction attendance, PMP training, Cultural and others as required
•Support resourcing via the recruitment centre and the contractor agency recruitment team efforts.
•Track and report on compliance including quality checks
•Work with position owners to identify indigenous trainee/cadet opportunities
•Provide HR policy and HR process advice to customers as required
•Participate in HR projects as assigned
•Support in the delivery of team effectiveness OD solutions including diagnosis and delivery (e.g.: workshops)
•Recruitment & Selection

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•HR Degree
•HRIS experience
