The Company:
Our client is a lead oil and gas exploration and production company with office all over the globe.

The Role:
This HR Advisor role is an integral business partnering opportunity managing a seamless HR Service and contributing to the overall business success. You will play a key role in implementing the changes in the way the business engages and utilises its HR Specialist and the way it delivers results. The chosen candidate will be delivering a fully integrated and managed HR service to other parts of the group.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities;

- Manage the HR cycle and advise line managers on key HR processes and support them to implement these Practices.
- Pro actively engage with business stakeholder to deliver business centred HR support.
- Supporting and Coaching line managers on day to day HR issues.
- Work with other HR colleagues to share best practice and work towards functional excellence.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Degree qualified or HR related qualifications such as CIPD
- Proven experience in delivering generalist HR support in a international business.
- Proven ability to establish personal credibility with the business group.
- HR analytical skill
- Demonstrate business and financial acumen

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Previously worked for a international oil and gas company.
