The Role:
Responsibilities:
• Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the organization.
• Leading HR-related projects/ initiatives and supporting the business functions both BKK and Rayong sites.
• Providing HR Consultation for all spectrums of HR; planning, compensation, HR policies, Performance Management, Training and Development, Career Development, rewards and recognition.
• Supporting for the HR Operations and establishing a strong HR infrastructure to provide efficient and value added services in HR payroll, compensation and benefits, HRIS, People Development, and recruitment.
• Executes succession plans for key talents and key job positions
• Supports Corporate HR for Reviews the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications:
• Skillful in HR Tools and Practices, JE methodology, Compensation and Benefit Reviews, salary structure reviews, Salary Survey/ Benchmarking, etc.
• Have experience in talent development and performance management system.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good computer abilities (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Well organized, and result-oriented.
• Good interpersonal skills, service-minded, and a good team player.
• Familiar with HR processes/methodologies and local labour laws.
