The Company:
Our Client is a global leader within the Port Industry.

The Role:
Our Client looking has a newly created opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to be primarily based in Singapore.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing full spectrum HR support including payroll, compensation and benefits, training & development, recruitment and performance management.

Other Duties and Responsibilities Include:

* Providing advisory to Senior Management and Department Managers.
* Analysis of needs and recommending HR actions.
* Driving and implementing HR actions and following through to completion.
* Managing HR Budget, Headcount and all other HR related reporting.
* Handling (full) recruitment process.
* Leading and managing annual performance and salary review processes.
* Resolving staff conflicts and providing coaching, consultative advice and assistance to all employees.
* Ad hoc HR projects.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education & Skill Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in Business or Human Resources
* At least 6 years of experience in a HR Partnering role.
* Fluent in spoken Mandarin
* Experience in either Port, Manufacturing or Engineering industries
* In-depth knowledge in Singapore Employment Act and other government agency regulations.
* Strong hands-on HR operational experience.
* Experience in using Timesoft or similar payroll software
