The Role:
Job Description :-
• Partner with SR. HR Business Partner and line management in driving HR Strategies that Align with the Business Plan; support the Sr. HR business partner in developing and delivering the Asia South and Thailand HR business plan.
• Support the Sr. HR business partner in providing HR direction, oversight, and coordination to the assigned department managements; counsel and consult client base on delivery of effective HR policies and practices; counsel management on financial, legal and HR implications of a business decision.
• Accountable for the delivery of HR services to Thailand client base whether directly or brokers to HR Share Services; coordinate and leverage knowledge with Regional Share Services organization to ensure seamless delivery of HR products and services.
• Support and assist with Sr. HR Business Partner in developing and implementing the HR strategic plan.
• Provide support to Employee Relation; labor dispute issues; disciplinary incident; administrative support; interpretation on work rules and local policy; assist in investigation of employee complaints.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements :-
• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years experience in Human Resources.
• Excellent command of English.
• Independent with strong interpersonal skill and leadership skill.
• Computer literate in MS. Offices
