The Role:
This role is to assist the local leadership drive the transition change agenda, to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders, to ensure that organization has developed and implemented an appropriate change management plan which enables organization to achieve greater flexibility and attain competitive advantages by leveraging its human capital.

•Develop and execute a comprehensive Change and Communications plan that addresses stakeholder needs and transition
•Work with the Transition Manager to complete a stakeholder map and needs analysis that identifies critical stakeholder requirements
•Liaise with HR resources to ensure that expert input is included in Change and Communication plan
•Develop simple feedback mechanisms to measure success of the plan
•Conducts needs analysis and resource allocation studies to determine most effective use of human capital resources
•Support local leaders in effective facilitation of staff engagement sessions
•Develop relevant content to support local leaders in delivery of key messages
•Provide coaching and feedback to local leaders on improving messaging to staff
•Undertake any adhoc communications related activities

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Experienced at diagnosing communications requirements and developing structured approach to engaging stakeholder groups
•Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
•Effective change management and group facilitation skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Experienced at writing and delivering a range of communications materials across different channels and tailored for the audience
•Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and provide “fearless advice”
•Excellent communication and influencing skills
•Demonstrated ability to develop and execute change and communications plans
•Understanding of HR/IR
•Minimum 7 years experience in the field or area
