The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
Our Client is looking for a HR Consultant to provide expatriate support services. In this role you will act as the single point of contact for expatriates in Australia, providing policy counsel and transition support services.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Liaise with Expatriate Administrator to coordinate smooth transition for expatriates, administer services during expatriate assignments and repatriation or re-assignment at end of assignment
• Facilitate expatriate on-boarding sessions on arrival and exit meetings upon departure
• Investigate and resolve queries from expatriates
• Maintain currency of knowledge to support expatriate, including an understanding of global and local expatriate related policies, Australian immigration regulations and sponsorship obligations
• Ensure continuous improvement of expatriate services, recommending strategies to improve service quality and cost effectiveness
• Ensure expatriate data is maintained in HR database, participating in audit activities as required
• Produce metrics and reporting

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to fulfil the role you must have the ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following aspects:

• You will be HR degree qualified
• Knowledgeable in expatriate administration with generalist HR experience
• Competent with excel spreadsheets
• Ability to communicate with customers and peers
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
