The Company:
Is a major oil and gas operator.

The Role:
This role is part of the HR Data Integration and Reporting team. Accountabilities include a wide range of HR activities in support of the HR team including SAP reporting, research, presentations and other duties in an effort to support day to day and strategic initiatives. The work is varied and will require an individual to be flexible as well as an ability to work in an ambiguous and fast paced environment.

Key Accountabilities: global people data reporting and validation; Action specific requests and liaise with the service center to resolve any issues, coach other users in running reports; Provide support in major HR strategic initiatives/projects; Develop ad hoc reports and data analysis as requested.

Essential Criteria and Qualifications:
•Ability to deal with sensitive/confidential information appropriately
•Proactive self-starter with ability to manage independently and in team environment
•Strong sense of urgency and follow-through with bias for action
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and Power Point
•Ability to demonstrate solid data analysis and reporting capabilities
•Effective and proactive communicator
•Experience managing small to mid-size projects a plus
•Must be detailed oriented and able to balance multiple often competing priorities
•Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
•High School diploma or equivalent and some college required; Bachelor degree preferred
•Minimum 3 years of human resource and data management experience required
