The Role:
Responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.

- Ensure that accurate jobs are in place
- Prepare the hiring, transfer, change in position/ & or salary packages and ensure the process is implemented and respected
- Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans
- Co-ordinate new hire staff orientations
- Co-ordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used
- Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions
- Schedule and organize interviews
- Participate in applicant interviews
- Conduct reference checks on candidates if needed
- Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work related issues - including the provision of basic counselling to staff who have performance related obstacles
- Finalise monthly payroll by adding new hires/Delete separated employees and update any changes
- Collect timesheets from different bases on or deadline of each month and insure they are approved
- Prepare checklist for all cash/transfers/letter transfers/money exchange transfers and match it with the payroll total
- Distribute monthly payslips
- Provide accurate reports and meet the deadline
- Prepare letters & CD's AUH WPS, DXB WPS, FZE, Non WPS, Individual letters for International letters for International Transfers. Cash cheque prepared by payables team for cash payments through money exchange to various countries and double check the total of these should match.
- Assist in general inquiries concerning labour and immigration matters.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
College graduate or equivalent experience
Its a must to have 3-5 years experience in HR

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Good oral and written English. Additional language spoke or written is beneficial
Computer Literate
In depth understanding the labour law and local regulations
Excellent communicator and negotiator
Hardworking and willing to do overtime if required
Able to work under pressure
