The Role:
Report to: Business Manager
Carried out works:
In charge of recruitment
Study about recruitment plan.
Receive Request for Manpower from Section Managers
Liaise with Recruitment Company to post jobs and get resumes.
Make short-listed potential candidates and coordinates with the concerned Managers/Directors to interview.
Contact selected candidates for an interview with fixed date as recommended by Managers/ Supervisors.
Receive interview evaluation sheet from interviewer.
Prepare offer letter in rule with company salary table, get approval of concerned managers and send to successful candidates.
Negotiate salary and working conditions with candidates. Make sure offer letter signed before employee start working. Fix employee’s mobilization date. Instruct employee to prepare mandatory documents for submission on the first working day.
Prepare employment contracts in advance.
Prepare mobilization notice and send to concerned section/ groups for logistic arrangement before employee report to work.
Handle HR orientation to new employee.
Control employee master list.
Make monthly report of manpower request control as well as interviewee control sheet.

In charge of payroll
Update and manager payroll list time by time.
Collect time sheet and check. Cooperate with group/ sections to make sure attendance records to be correct.
Get approval from Business Manager on time sheet
Run payroll (monthly salary, allowances, overtime, PIT & Insurance deduction, leave balance, adjustments or any change of salary package, etc…).
Make sure payroll calculation is on time to submit to Accounting Dept and on-time payment every month.
Send to Accounting to track the accuracy.
Make payment request for payroll.
Coordinate closely with Accounting Department for remittance procedure.
Prepare pay slip & dispatch to employee, get feedback & make clarification.
