The Role:
Job Description
The HR-ADM Staff demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company
objectives. Involved in long-term planning. This role contributes to the overall strategy and manages
complex issues of followings:
1. Human Resource
- Perform a leadership role in recruiting, selection, performance management and carrier
- Consult with the management to define roles and missions, design the organizational structure, and
on organization effectiveness.
- Provide counsel in the design and implementation of compensation and recognition programs.
- Provide support or deliver training on a variety of Human Resources topics
- Conduct annual reviews of organization design
- Facilitate communications throughout the organization including employee attitude surveys.
- Act as an impartial advocate to ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment.
- Develop appropriate human resource plans in support of key business needs in a dynamic, changing
environment and develop / implement appropriate change management plans as required.
2. Administration
- Perform a leadership role in office management and government relations.
- Consult with the management to select and use sufficient services and supplier.
- Provide proper admin service to all functions and department in the company, especially for
production section.
- Provide support or deliver training on using office equipment and facilities.
- Conduct and lead all events and engagements of the company.
- Manage and Control all admin service suppliers like security, transportation,planting, Sanitary, Clinic
and so on.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Job Requirement - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
*Master's degree in Human Resource, Industrial / Labor Relations or Business Administration is
- At least 5 additional years of experience in a variety of Human Resource Manager position.
* Prior experience in areas such as arbitration, national labor relations board proceedings, compliance
and litigation is preferred.
