The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
Our Client is looking for a HR Data Administrator to identify gaps and evaluate continuous improvement opportunities in HR data. In this position you will co-ordinate validation of data for key projects including workforce planning and pay determination.

Other key duties include:

• Work with the various teams to ensure vacancy data is accurate and providing HR reporting support where needed
• Review current HR reporting with the project requirements and recommend a standardised approach (i.e. dashboard) to be reviewed on a regular basis
• Compile quarterly and monthly HR dashboards and adapt as needed for management reporting
• Maintain overseas locations spreadsheet and define and agree a process to keep track of movements of overseas workforce
• Support the L&D specialists in relation to overseas onboarding toolkits
• Coordinate annual Labour Forecasting process and support the HR reps
• Consolidate data for review, sign-off and submission

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to fulfil the role you must have the ability to demonstrate knowledge, capability and competence in the following aspects:

• You will be degree qualified and HR Admin/Representative experience in a similar role would be highly desirable
• For this role you must have strong analytical and advanced Excel skills (V-look-ups and Pivot tables)
• You must have the ability to identify gaps in data, work extremely meticulous and have a high level of attention to detail
• You must have good written and verbal communication skills
