The Role:
Job Summary
The HR Data Analyst is responsible for managing and reporting workforce plan data, which will be used to support important initiatives such as Organizational/Workforce Planning, Recruitment and HR reporting. This role is also responsible for the development and implementation of data management processes and procedures required to maintain data integrity.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will eight (8) or more years relevant experience, or four (4) or more years relevant experience plus a BS/BA degree in Science, IT, Engineering or Mathematics. Specific experience in the following is required:
• Strong analytical and organizational skills which involve managing large amounts of data and tracking change requests and change results for historical reference.
• Strong analytical skills which involve understanding and interpreting data as a means to validate accuracy and consistency, analyzing trends and potential inconsistencies and collecting and interpreting data effectively, especially related to large data sets.
• Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills and be customer focused.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with ability to collaborate with others from around the company.
• Project Management experience.
• Working Knowledge of Human Resources, especially within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong organizational skills which involve managing large amounts of data and tracking change requests and change results for historical reference.
• Experience establishing and implementing data management processes and procedures which involve:
o Version Control
o Change Request Process and Tracking
o Scheduled reporting & Ad hoc reporting
• Strong attention to detail in all aspects of managing and reporting data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Technical Qualifications
• Microsoft Office (with strong competencies in Excel)
• Advanced TIBCO Spotfire visualization development
• OrgPublisher

Other Qualifications
• Ability to pass Company physical, drug screening and background security check.
• Must be willing to travel as required.
Responsibilities
• Support the Human Resources project team by creating and maintaining data management and analysis tools for the project.
• Serve as the point of contact for the Workforce Plan. Build and maintain a strong relationship with key users and service partners.
• Develop, implement and monitor data management processes and procedures to effectively manage workforce data and ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify and recommend best practices and effective ways of managing and reporting data, this can include the use of specific tools, etc.
• Establish reporting templates and standard formats for reporting data.
• Establish and manage reporting schedules and stakehold
