The Role:
Recruitment
- Provide information, advice and assistance to line managers/supervisors on staff recruitment
- Coordinate with line manger to prepare job advertisements for vacant positions
- Schedule, organize and participate in interviews
- Develops recruiting plans to ensure sufficient applicants for supporting line managers/ supervisors in term of employment on time
- Providing employee orientation

Employee Relation
- Creating and maintaining a positive atmosphere within the company through various activities/projects
- Initiate and implement effective communications at all levels of staff
- Provide HR guidance and advice to employees/Line managers/supervisors as required
- Monitor the disciplinary violation, investigate and propose the proper disciplinary action according to the company regulation and Thai Labor Law

HR Support
- Control and keep record on leave record, time attendance and overtime request
- Oversee timesheet of contractors
- Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
- Handling Health & Life insurance related issues & ensuring timely renewal
- Notifies and advises employees of the company benefit
- Assist to prepare monthly, highlight, Head count or any related HR report

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 3 years relevant experience
Proficient in HR matter
Should be able to design the organisation structure keeping in view the future expansion plans.
Able to communicate well with all levels of people
Good writing & speaking English
Working hours: 8.00-17.00 hrs.
