The Role:
• Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource including recruitment, benefits management, performance management (KPI), Learning and Development and employee relations.
• Manage the maintenance and provision of accurate personnel information and statistics for management reports for both local management and HQ (where appropriate).
• Responsible to work closely with Country Manager and his leadership team to resolve day-to-day HR operational issues.
• Responsible for recruiting high calibre candidates to support the organisation's staffing plan and growth agenda.
• Responsible to welcome new staff on-board and orientation.
• Analyze and administer competitive compensation, benefits and performance management systems.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have full spectrum of HR Knowledge, recruitment, training, payroll, labour laws, statutory requirement.
• Experience working in the fabrication/oil & gas environment is an added advantages
• Good communication and organisation skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and to work independently to facilitate the establishment.
• Good command of English
• Some domestic travel required
