The Role:
Control and keep records for personnel administration on:
- Annual and other leave control
- Social security fund
- Provident fund
- Health Insurance
- Group Accident insurance
Coordinates work activities of staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
Responsible for employee contribution reimbursement
Responsible for employee welfare and welfare committee.
Provides current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, employee transaction, wages and employee benefits
Responsible for disciplinary action & process
Reviews, updates and maintains proper filing of insurance policy, HR handbook, filing performance appraisal form and training forms,etc.
Preparing annual headcount report (PR update report & Resigned/Recruited Report once/month)
Responsible for recruitment processing & reporting (CV screening, test& interview process, successful candidate qualifying, etc).
Responsible for HSE and matters concern
Other assignments by direct line manager

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor in Political Science, HR or related fields
At least 3 years experience in HR.
General knowledge in Labor laws
Strong human-relation skill
Good command of spoken and written in English with computer literacy
