The Role:
Our clients has a permanent vacancy for a HR Generalist Representative. This is a job-share position, working 3 days per week. Based at our clients Aberdeen office and primarily providing support to our clients Aberdeen operation (but with the potential for travel elsewhere within the business,) will be required to work with our other HR Generalist Representative & as part of the Corporate HR team. The role will be to provide comprehensive HR advice, support &, guidance to employees and have the opportunity to implement & improve HR services, standards & delivery; ensuring best practice & legislative compliance & supporting our people in continually delivering excellence.

Responsibilities will include providing support corporately and to assigned business sites, including:
 Organisational change and alignment
 Recruitment & selection design, development and administration
 Training & development: delivery of training/briefing sessions; co-ordination of programmes.
 Conduct & capability via performance management, discipline & grievance.
 Employee health, wellbeing, & absence management.
 Completing assigned project & administration responsibilities.

 Contractual terms and conditions
 Review, draft and advise on HR policies and procedures ensuring best practice and business requirements are balanced and met.
 Complete assigned HR general administrative responsibilities including maintenance of records, systems & personnel files.
 Complete assigned HR project work in a timely and accurate manner, delivering continual improvements & in line with legal and business requirements.
 Be a principal point of contact on designated specialist matters, providing high quality professional advice on relevant issues. To achieve this by remaining up to date with industry knowledge, legislation, trends, key organisations and best practice.
 Positively present the role of HR Generalist Representative & complete required training and continuing professional development activities to meet job role and business requirements.
