The Company:
Our client is looking for HR Management and Administrative Specialist:
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE ELIGIBILITY TO WORK in RF.

▪ Ensure coherent HR methodology system application
▪ Ensure local and seconded personnel (expatriates and impatriates) planning, scheduling, administrative and contractual
management and all HR fulfillments, according to the national and international labour agreements, trade unions
associations, company agreements, civil/fiscal and social security laws
▪ Plan, superv

The Role:
▪ Ensure coherent application of guidelines, policies and procedures related to human resources
▪ Support human resources activities in preparing and respecting HR schedules and plans
▪ Optimize the distribution of human resources among departments, according to the evolution of the business
▪ Ensure the correct personnel employment contract drafting, according to national/international laws, labour agreements and trade unions agreements
▪ Ensure proper and timely temporary/permanent contract management
▪ Ensure individual contract fulfillments
▪ Provide consultancy to employees (e.g. about procedures, rules, working hours, compensation) and to department managers (e.g. about labour cost accountancy, employee remuneration)
▪ Ensure the monthly salary calculation
▪ Perform fiscal and social security fulfillments
▪ Manage the employee missions in home country and abroad and ensure the correct mission expenses accounting
▪ According to local law, appropriately manage personnel overtime
▪ Manage personnel leave cycles/periods
▪ Guarantee the fulfillment of Immigration matters (work permits, work visa)
▪ Provide HR reporting to all interested parties
▪ Provide labour cost information for the balance sheet definition
▪ Process and analize the average actual and forecasted labour costs
▪ Process and analize labour costs by different views (hourly, daily, monthly, yearly rate, per capita, etc)
▪ Elaborate the personnel hourly standard rates in line with corporate standard procedures
▪ Identify and justify budget variances
▪ Ensure the reliability of data supplied to internal third parties (e.g. Finance Department)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge of main labour cost elements and methodologies for labour cost budget, forecast
and actual data calculation
Knowledge of Company business and of its distrinctive characteristics. Knowledge of
techniques to interpret business strategy, to coherently address actions and evaluate external
event impacts or business
Knowledge of methods and techniques for the alignment of the incentivation system to the
development needs and for the professional contribution recognition, in line with market
developments and business decisions
Knowledge of principles of economics related to financial statements interpretation. Knowledge
and interpretation of key financial and profitability indicators

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Fluent Russian, English
Office location: Universitet metro station (corporate transport form Kievskaya metro station).
