The Role:
Responsible for the recruitment and selection activities in the Company
New Hire Orientation/ On-Boarding processes
Identify and support employee training and development
Manage employee salary administration, compensation and benefits programs
Oversee and implement Performance Management
Promote positive employee relations and communication
Develop and mentor HR team members
Review the country’s policies and practices on HR management and make recommendations for improvement where applicable
Advise management and partner them on HR-related matters to support their business priorities
Establish and lead strong partnerships with HR service providers
Formulate and introduce new practices, processes, tools and procedures where applicable
Develop strong relationships and work closely with management staff on appropriate delivery of HR services and ensure that fair and consistent HR practices are in place
Participate in business activities of the Company
Keep abreast of broad labour related legislation, policy change issues
Review and recommend the insurance plans for all employees
Participate in salary and benefits survey and keep abreast of market competitiveness and legal compliance
Other HR related tasks

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Min 8 years of relevant experience
Degree in Business, Human Resource or related discipline
Working experience in Construction / Manufacturing industries preferred
Knowledge of full spectrum of HR
Proficient knowledge of local labour law
Excellent people management skills
