The Role:
1. Maintain recruitment database records and modules, regularly assessing and updating recruitment selection criteria

2. Process all local recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner.

3. Coach and develop team members, keeping them informed of all issues that affect them

4. Act as an HR Account Manager to ensure that all significant HR issues in their area are identified and acted upon and that a high quality HR service is being delivered.

5. Work with line managers to identify and implement longer-term manpower plans to ensure that appropriate resources are available.

6. Assist management in the recruitment, retention and development of staff, ensuring that best practice is followed in all areas of employee relations.

7. Using available information, identify cross-functional trends and/or issues in HR and plan/implement appropriate actions so as to minimize any negative impact on the company

8. Liaise with other HR staff to ensure that a consistent approach to HR practice is followed across the world so that duplication of effort is minimized.

9. Recommend and implement improvements to policies/current HR practices to maximize their impact in the organization.

10. Keep self up to date with HR activity both inside the company and in the market industries.

11. Build effective relationships with external suppliers.

12. Update and maintain HR report as required.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 10 years human resources experience with at least 2 years HR manager experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR).
3. Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership.
4. Be a flexible team player with ability to work in a matrix reporting environment
5. Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
