Global Logistics & Transportation Solutions company

The Role:

This position would act as a key role in providing the HR expertise as well as advising the entire spectrum of HR functions which are including of recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development in order to support the organization in achieving the business goals and complying to corporate / regional guidelines.

Recruitment

  • Develop and implement staffing strategies in alignment with the business directions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers on the recruitment needs to have positions filled effectively and efficiently.
  • Handle and manage "End to End recruitment process".


Employee Retention

  • Work closely with the Business Leaders in order to identify the factors contributing to the high employee turnover and increasing employee retention with HR programs.


Learning & Development

  • Plan, develop and implement the learning & development strategies which are aligned to the corporate and business models.
  • Being responsible for the full spectrum of learning and development functions including of training needs analysis, training evaluation, reviewing training proposal, identifying trainers, organizing and delivering training programmes, and monitoring of training effectiveness/ROI .


Compensation & Benefits

  • Ensure that company is in compliance with the local labour regulations.
  • Keep updated of the market and consistent reviews in order to stay competitive.
  • Support and work closely with the Management in the annual performance review process within the salary guideline and provide input for cases of promotions, exceptional increments etc.
    Employee Industrial Relations
  • Being responsible for Employee Relations' activities including of handling matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counselling, staff misconduct, advising and guiding the Management on the best practices.

Corporate / Regional HR Priorities

  • Represent and play a key role in supporting and executing Corporate / Regional HR priorities at the country level.


Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration and other related fields.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HR over all functions from multinational companies.
  • Good command of Thai and English (Spoken and Written English, Reading)
  • Strong knowledge of all labour-related laws and good communication and interpersonal skills.
