The Role:
Implement policy from management to HR strategy and done HR action plan with budget


• Survey Manpower need and Planning for Recruitment Both oversea and in Thailand country
• Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidate fit the role and company culture.
• Selecting Advertise method to find applications and interview for screening before send to line manager interview
• Complete the employment contract and orientation of new staff
• Process probation evaluation

Welfare & Employee Relation

• Do the effective communication between management and Employee such as Newsletter, internal Sport, lunch part , Birthday etc.
• Welfare management

OD & Training Development

• To develop training strategy and implementation plan
• To complete the organization goal
• Training survey and propose training budget
• To analyze and identify training development requirement to meet current and future development plan
• Implementation to use KPI and Competency for evaluation System
• To manage career development

Salary & Compensation

• Salary Survey and compare with salary structure and propose improvement way to maintain and keep competition in market
• Report and control payment for correct

ISO Auditor & Safety Committee in company

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resource Management.
• Male or Female age 40 years up
• 10 years experience in human resources field preferably in HRD.
• Experienced in oil and gas company is a plus.
• Strong team leadership, analytical, reliable, mature, problem solving, good attitude and good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure
• Self motivated, enthusiastic, with good leadership.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good command of spoken & written English and computer literacy.
