The Company:
Our client (big oil & gas company) is looking for HR Officer

The Role:
Ensure proper implementation of HSE and Security rules and instructions.
Follow up of timely arranging of medical check ups for contracted and staff rotational personnel as per Russian legislation.
Control of use of MEDEVAC procedure by Contractors in accordance with the Company requirements.
HR Administration:
• Keep up-to-date Project personnel documents databases (passports; personal information; medical certificates)
• Follow up of timely submitting of monthly timesheets, leave requests, overtime work requests and reviewing of the authenticity of data
• Control of work permits, visas status of contracted expatriates
• Keep up-to-date Job Descriptions database
• Assist HR Coordinator in basic administrative tasks (follow-up of current personnel list; coordination of mobilization plans; participation in mobilization/demobilization process of employees)
• Provide all relevant information needed for Project reporting to the Project HR coordinator
• Support in organization of company events with regard to the Project Team activities
• Replacement of HR Coordinator during the absence (Administration of recruitment; Follow-up of mobilizations / demobilizations; Provide accurate information for weekly & monthly Project reports, for monthly project management meeting, for DH weekly report).
Prepare and follow-up travels, bookings for rotational trips of Project Team and of business visitors and accordingly:
• Coordinate travel arrangements with travel desk and recruitment agencies
• Provide timely tickets issue, hotel and taxi bookings for Team members according to their travel orders
• Initiate invitation requests rotational TEPR expatriates, business visitors and provide their timely dispatch to recipients.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• University degree
• Accurate and organized, ability to handle numerous tasks
• Fluent in Russian and English (speaking and writing). French would be a plus
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Advanced PC user (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Power Point)
• Attentive and polite, sociable and responsible, sense of service
• Excellent communication skills, organized, able to work in a multicultural environment, tolerant
