The Role:
• Prepare and check new employee’s document
• Coordinate with hospital to arrange pre-employment check up and verify invoice
• Maintain staff personal file and staff data in Oracle system
• Approve timecard and correct leave request
• Handle company access card
• Coordinate with Accounting Division and Social Security Fund to manage employee benefits including medical and other benefits.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree in any fields (Preferable in Human Resources Management or Political Sciences)
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Specific Skills; General Human Resources Management and Administrations, Computer Skills in using MS applications (Excel and Word) including Oracle System
