The Role:
About the Company
Fircroft has been engaged to assist a global Oil & Gas operator to source a competent HR Officer with a background in workforce planning to join a fast paced HR Service Team.

About the role
You will be accountable for supporting the business with the daily headcount analyst, ensuring the HR data is maintained and accurately reflects the organisation structure.

Accountabilities will include:
• Update and maintain the organisations data spreadsheet
• Maintain the companies Visio organisation chart
• SAP data inputting and reporting
• Liaise with the finance team regarding PO’s for new starts
• Headcount budgeting and remuneration analysing
• Communicate with relevant team members regarding contract renewals & new starters

Experience
• Excellent SAP skills
• Strong Visio skills
• Previous workforce planning experience
• Exposure to finance/PO processing
• Proven experience within a similar role
• Oil & Gas background desirable


Qualifications
• HR degree or equivalent
