The Role:
- To ensure the company has standard and up to date Human Resources Management Systems such as performance management, recruitment organization structure design and HRIS system, Expatriate management which create and sustain company's recognition and competitiveness.

- To develop and implement systems and programs for identifying and forecasting manpower available to a large organization.

- Provides a variety of services necessary for the recruitment, selection, assignment, motivation.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor or higher in Human Resources
- Minimum 10 years experiences in HR in the area of Performance Management and Compensation & Benefit of general employee and expatriate
- Familiarize with Hay methodology including Job Analysis and Job Evaluation
- Good command of spoken & written English (minimum Toeic 700)
