The Role:
• Provide support to team members with regards to operational queries
• Analyse HR Systems with respect to data integrity, status reporting, personnel management
• Analyse and manage team member workload within SLA paremeters, procedures and policies
• Prepare/discuss with team members individual performance evaluations and prepare/implement individual development plans or training proposals
• Active participation in, and ownership of strategic HR Mobility projects across multiple disciplines
• Escalation point for Global Mobility projects team and other business functions for HR Mobility related queries
• Supervise accuracy of payroll filis in coordination with the Payroll Team
• Review procedures and suggest proposals for cost control and enhancing the 'assignee experience'
• VIP case management
• Adhere to and report KPI results across service delivery
• Manage overall onboarding/induction of new team members
• Manage and run weekly team meetings





Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Relevant degree and proven experience in HRO, HR operations, relocation or global assignment management
• Proactive approach to solving problems, ability to identify and set priority actions and to handle a high workload
• Ability to work in a fact-paced, changing environment
• Ability to manage complex situations within a multi-disciplined environment
• Strong leadership skills and experience with stakeholder relationship management
• Robust interpersonal communication skills
• Detail oriented, eager to learn and explore new fields of knowledge
• Good planning and organisation skills
• Awareness and appreciation of multicultural organisations and work groups
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity in working with multiple software & databases, excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & Word
• Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
• Fluency in English is mandatory and multi-lingual capabilities are desirable
