The Role:
My leading client is currently seeking an Iraqi National - HR Payroll Administrator to be based in Iraq.

Administer overall Payroll Activity
Responsible for the Payroll statutory compliances
Support for the Statutory Audit and Internal Audit
Signing off the payroll for the correctness
Ensuring the configuration in the SAP is accurate
Responsible for the correct pension fund contributions if any
Responsible for the allocation of work for the team
Managing and administering the actions through the third party vendors
Monitoring the payroll processes for efficient delivery

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Should be a Graduate in Commerce/ Finance is preferable
Minimum 5 years experience as payroll Administrator
Thorough knowledge of the Running Payroll Process, preferably with experience in SAP
Good knowledge of the payroll reconciliation process with associated reports,
Demonstrated skill in Statutory Compliance and finance controls including social laws
Proven experience in handle statutory audit and internal audit independently
Good knowledge in test scenarios and testing skills of SAP (or any other ERP) Payroll and Time Modules
Ability to plan, organise and lead the team
Problem Solving skills and good analytical skill is required
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer focus
Engaging multiple stake holders to deliver results
Should have good oral and written communication skills in local & English language
