High professional accounting and tax education;
3 years of experience in accounting preferably in international auditing company
Involvement in Kazakh payroll and other income taxation or equivalent professional training or having been previously employed by the tax authorities with specialization in the relevant area
IT literacy and in particular good knowledge of MS office
Experience in SAP System and any special payroll software is beneficial
Self-starter with the ability to work on one's own convictions and initiative, whilst displaying sound judgment in knowing when to escalate matters
