The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
As part of the Central Resourcing team, handle incoming phone and email enquiries, undertake timely administration in line with Policy and Procedures.

Responsibilities:
The work will be to manage candidate communications and offer packs
Arrange interviews for candidates, book diaries and rooms accordingly
Chase hiring managers to get feedback for each candidate
Send offer letters
Check references sent/received
Check receipt of all relevant paperwork is received
Complete and update system to close off offers made/accepted, manage candidate communications
Run reports as guided by the Manager
General Ad-hoc duties

Skills / Qualifications:
Must be articulate, able to handle queries by phone and ensure the query is routed properly
Numerate and able to enter data accurately and speedily
Information Technology skills - MS Office,
GCSE Mathematics and English
Customer Focused and able to work well within a team environment
Teamwork and Collaboration
Engaging Others

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
SAP desirable
