The Company:

The Role:
Responsible for executing the overall HR technology strategy with specific functional oversight of the HR applications and process areas, including design, operational and change management. As the functional expert, you will be responsible for the project management activities required to implement new and or changing technology and process designs.

Manages and oversees an organization's HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). Develops, implements, and modifies system requirements. Maintains internal database files and tables, and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff. Identifies training needs of end users and develops and provides the necessary training to meet those needs.

Roles & Responsibilities
Overall project management activities required to implement new or changing technology:
• Analyze complex business processes
• Develop appropriate specifications and documentation
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop and execute testing plans
• Execute implementation plans

Serve as Subject Matter Expert for one or more applications/process areas encompassing all that is involved in operationally maintaining a system, including:
• Data integration and integrity
• Data security
• Reporting
• End-user support
• Change Management
• Stakeholder management
• Develop and deliver training

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR process-project management
• 7 years of experience in the field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Ideal candidate will have direct experience in implementing and managing one or more of the following SAP SuccessFactors HR applications: Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning Management, Compensation, Succession or Workforce Analytics
• Knowledge of SAP BI reporting tools preferred
• Strong project and relationship management skills
• Ability to effectively work with all levels of management and develop effective working relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to produce accurate work
• Excellent written and verbal, communication and networking skills
