The Company:
A major operator for an Offshore project (position based in France)

The Role:
The service holder assists the HR Services Administrators in the performance of his/her duties and, under Human
Resources Leader’s responsibility, will be particularly in charge of the administrative process related to the Contracting of services from Technical Assistance Companies.

As such, the service holder is responsible for:

- Setting-up the administrative process (both internal and external) related to Contracts / Call-off Orders with Technical Assistance Companies;
- Collecting all the documents required in Contracts / Call-off Orders, verifying their right completion and approval, and administrating them confidentially;
- Following-up of documents that shall be renewed and ensuring the liaison with Technical Assistance Companies in order to get renewals of these documents when expired.
- Setting-up and maintenance of Dossiers for each Technical Assistance Company.
- Maintaining up-to-date the personnel databases and files, as required by HR Services Administrators.

The service holder will have to liaise, for the performance of his/her duties, with HR Services Administrators, HR

Leader, possibly with Contract team, and with Technical Assistance Companies.

The service holder shall observe strict confidentiality during all the course of the Project.

The service holder reports to the Human Resources Leader.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Professional Experience (years): 3-15
Experience in similar position (years): not required but a first experience would be a plus.
Level / Diploma: Engineer, or equivalent.
Languages: English mandatory.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge of MS Word / Excel
Management of Technical Assistance contracts
Writing (Contracts / notes)
