The Company:
A large pipeline company

The Role:
- This position will ensure that the company has the workforce it needs to execute its' business strategies by supporting short term and long term staffing needs for the allocated clients within the business.
- Involved in the development of policy, project ensuring they meet regulatory and policy requirements.
- Coach leaders on the company recruitment process, the use of the recruitment system and effective interviewing techniques
- Partner with hiring leaders to ensure the full recruitment cycle is completed in alignment with company guidelines
- Creation of job specifications, sourcing of candidates, creation of advertisements, pre-screening and interviewing, negotiating the offer and ensuring the proper documentation is maintained.
- Develop relationships with and activiely participate in industry and professional associations that will expand the company's recruit locations and for professional or technical disciplines in high demand
- execuite corporate recruitment programs including student programs, career fairs
- Communication materials for candidates and new hires, etc.
- Oversee the direction of day to day activities of the Admin Support Team and assist with development of process improvements and documentation of standard procedures.
- Collaborate on other projects as required
- provide informal/formal leadership to a team of recruitment consultants

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- minimum of 8 years of experience within recruitment of all levels (junior to senior executive)
- Strategic sourcing and networking experience
- Technical skills with programs (such as Microsoft Suite, SAP, Success Factors)
- Experience in the creation and / or execution of corporate recruitment programs
