The Role:
Experience in Oil and Gas not less than 3 years on Lead position in HR.
Strong skills in evaluation system, competency assurance, Management assurance plan, nationalization plan,

The candidate should:
1. Responsible for the Development and delivery of HR services that meet quality standards established by best practices, company policy and internal customers, employee and labor relations, employee separation, key performance metrics, performance management.
2. Act as advisor and provide technical expertise on HR issues to staff and managers.
3. Partner with Leadership in the development and implementation of HR strategies/tactics to ensure the alignment with key business goals and overall organization strategies.
4. Manage an HR team to create a customer focused HR culture and to maximize organizational impact and efficiency.
5. Resolve or oversee resolution of employee relations issues and recommend appropriate actions.
