The Role:
* To provide leadership, coaching and management to the shared services co-ordinators ensuring a value added service and thorough understanding of cross business customer needs and business objectives
* To develop and review standard operation procedures and policies where appropriate
* Regularly meet with internal and external stakeholders to obtain feedback and improve performance and productivity
* Lead and manage the delivery of the end to end Employee Services for all activities in People services, including Payroll, compensation and benefits
* Ensure the service is ready for all changes to employment practices and legislation
* Manage the HR systems
* Undertake regular audits
* Lead on job evaluation panel
* Provide management information and reports on absence, attrition, long term absence
* Key liaison with payroll provider on payroll related queries
* Manage the contracts and oversee the administration of company benefit programmes
* Providing support in the areas of annual salary review, performance reviews and bonuses
* Implement and comply with the company’s Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding and Health and Safety policies

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
•Bachelor/Master of HRM or MBA
•+ 10 years experience in HR Operation with full spectrum of HR function
•Good working knowledge of a variety of HR and reporting systems
•Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel skills
•Understanding of payroll
•Sound knowledge and understanding of employment legislation
•Very Good in English
