The Company:
With interests in over 20 UK Continental Shelf (UKCS) fields, my Client has one of the most significant exploration and production businesses in the offshore waters of the UK.

The Role:
About the role
This role is responsible for provision of HR shared service systems and administration support to the Europe E&P (EEP) Asset HR Manager and UK and Norway HR Business Partners.

Key accountabilities

• Every individual has a duty to both themselves and those around them to ensure that safe practice is adhered to at all times. In addition to any specific accountabilities for HSSE, all employees are accountable for ensuring that they take care of themselves and adopt exemplary safe behaviours.
• Responsible for timely management and maintenance of the HR Data systems (HR Direct – Oracle / SAP). This includes employee and contractor records within the HR system for both UK and Norway. Maintenance includes processing of personnel actions, changes to employee records, management of organisation charts, entry of new hires/leavers and all on going changes associated with employees and contractors within the EEP Asset.
• Produces ad-hoc reports as requested.
• Provide system support to Line Manager for annual performance review (APR) and develop review (ADR) processes. May be required to present workshops on the HR systems to encourage more effect line management use.
• Responsible for ensuring HR data is managed in accordance with country legislation and document record management policy and processes.
• Deals with routine questions from employees and managers relating to HR records and organisational changes and APRs.
• Involved in production of compensation statements.
• Provides support to HRBPs in Norway and UK as required.
• Responsible for training and implementation of new HR system.
• Identifies and provides proactive solutions for aligning and streamlining processes between UK and Norway. Documenting and cascading these where necessary.
• Production of employee and contractor paperwork to support the HR Business Partners.
• Support to the Resourcing Manager for routine recruitment paperwork ie: raising PO’s, meet and greet etc.
• Support in the Global Mobility process where required.

What we are looking for

Previous experience in managing HR data and systems essential. Experience of Oracle / SAP preferable. Ability to extract data from HR systems to generate HR reports relating to: headcount, recruitment, attrition, progression and other HR related activities for reporting within our client.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Proven experience and accuracy in data input essential.

Basic knowledge of HR activities is essential.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and interface with internal/external stakeholders. Excellent analytical skills, with a high attention to detail. Delivery focused with excellent organisational skills and capability to work to tight deadlines. Self-starter capable of demonstrating initiative and working with minimal supervisor. Candidate should possess previous experience in data reporting, with well-developed IT skills.
