The Role:
Manage the Welfare & Benefit works i.e. Health/Life Insurance for employee and TCN, SOS Insurance, annual physical checkup program, Long Year Service etc.
Manage the Employee Ralations works i.e. exercise room, club activity, employee activities etc.
Plan and execute Welfare and Benefit Committee
Monitor Employee attendance, Work at home and Flexi hour
Manage and monitor the renewal of TCN/Thai Expat work permit and contract
Develop and excecute plan to improve employee engagement

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 2 year working experience in the requirements mentioned above
Service-minded Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
Good command of spoken & written English (Minimum TOEIC Score 500)
