The Role:
The HR Specialist within HR Policies & Organisational Development will be responsible for and require;

• Strong compensation & benefits background
• HR Policies & Organisational Design
• Designing & building compensation policies, including pensions
• Aligning policies with company strategies
• Role is not office based, will be liaising with employees and company management
• Creating equality policies
• Requires project methodology knowledge
• Creating ‘Total Rewards’ packages and processes, engineered to business plan
• Salary surveys and benchmarking
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on HR policies and processes
• Manpower planning, review and revision
• Contract negotiation with vendors, such as for medical insurance

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Master degree in a related field is a plus for this job and will add value.
• Bachelor degree in HR Management or Business Administration is required
