The Role:
Only Thai Nationality! (senior/assistant level)

Learning & Development (Training)
• Identify the training and related development programs for all staff.
• Establish an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs including training need assessment, management development, production cross-training, the measurement of training impact, and training transfer.
• Manage and monitor all training programs/ corporate training plan to ensure they are implemented effectively and efficiently.
• Assist managers with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants
• Assist with the development of and monitors the spending of the corporate training budget
• Develop the training & development structure and plan that is linked to career pathways for all levels of staff
• Ensure there is an assessment process after formal training to map each staff member to their development roadmap
• Monitor and lead the talent management process for department and functional leadership positions through review of competency assessment reports, facilitating individual development plans (IDP), and regular review of the same.
• Coordinate and work closely with department managers to seek employees' qualitative involvement.


Recruitment
• Handling recruitment process till a successful candidate is on board
• Update and create database of prospective candidates
• Build outside relationships with specialty organizations including online, on-campus recruitment activity, and in person
• Develop new "candidate streams", including social networking, online recruiting and other new media avenues
• Support the recruitment of new staff by placing advertisements and coordinate with the recruitment agencies.
• Be HR Representative in the interview panel, organize and arrange for the interview meeting.


PMS
• Lead the implementation of the performance management system.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Master Degree in Human Resources or related fields
• At least 5 year experience and hands on in Human Resource Development i.e. Learning Management Systems, Learning and Professional Training Management or Competencies Development
• Having solid skills on Recruitment and Selection will be advantage.
• Excellent command of verbal and written communication in English Language.-Proficiency in computer skills, and should have good presentation skills.
• The position requires a matured professional and a strong team leader with pleasing personality, excellent communication skills, service minded, positive attitude and proactive thinking.
• The individual must be able to deal with a variety of tasks at any one time and understand the priorities. Working under pressure to meet deadlines.
