The Role:
Responsibilities:
• Be Responsible for controlling and developing a broad range of activities in the function focus on Organization Development and Staff Training & development.
• Establish annual training plan.
• Organize training program according to annual plan such as organizing In-house training, coordination with outside institutes.
• Implement training request, follow up and monitor post training result. Data entries into training system.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications:
• Male or Female, Age between 30-40 years
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, HR Development or related fields.
• At least 5 years direct experience in practices of HRD/OD
• Process solid experience in HRM is an advantage
• Experienced from oil and gas industrial is an advantage.
• Effective supervisory, counseling and people skills.
• Good command of English and computer literate.
• Strong leadership & managerial skills and cooperate within a team.
