The Role:
Role synopsis Main purpose of the role is working with people data and assuring quality of data circulation within the organization.
This is a customer facing role as the data is used by many clients in the AGT Region. HRIS Coordinator is responsible for inputting, processing, tracking and reporting HR data and information in an efficient and effective manner to assigned sections of HR.
Key accountabilities •Completing and processing people data, including clean-up, update & monitoring Company Staff personal details, emergency contacts and time data as well as full record maintenance of Agency and Expatriate Employees;
•Coordinating off-cycle reward changes for International Rotators via relevant Company teams and service centres.
•Working with relevant service teams to ensure centralized maintenance of some data sets.
•Completing and processing all HR Authorisation forms and other SAP-related paperwork, including the Title Change Letters.
•Verbal Offer Form in TAS for the external new hires
•Coordination of Organisational Management (departments, positions, etc.)
•Providing performance management support around team metrics (KPI measurements/tracking, intervention)
•Tracking Spot Recognition Award budget and coordinating spent with relevant HR business facing teams.
•Creating and presenting regular & ad hoc reports
•Developing Org Charts for the respective business areas
•Coordinate reconciliation and alignment of different HR systems
•Efficiently and effectively managing data to applicable standards for data privacy
•Keeping track of 360 reports completion, upon requirement

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Essential Education Bachelor degree in HR, IT, Finance or related discipline
Essential experience and job requirements Experience/Technical Skills:
•Minimum of two (2) years user experience in IT or HR systems
•Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Peoplesoft), MS Project, Visio
•Fluent in English, Azerbaijani and Russian
