The Role:
Scope of Work and key responsibilities

* Implement the HRIS effectively by working with the team to understand the project requirements. Collect the information from local HR to ensure timely and validated to regional lead. Ace as the champion during the deployment phase.
* Assist in new tools & business processes configurations (หมายถึง การกำหนดคุณสมบัติของโปรแกรมที่จะนำมาใช้กับระบบงานบุคคล เพื่อให้ทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพ เหมาะสมกับงานที่ต้องการ)
* Application upgrades
* Management reporting of HRIS
* Other assignment by the direct supervisor

The system we use is People Soft, Work Day and Orisoft (Payroll)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skill / Requirement

* Communication in English
* Experience in People Soft, Work Day and Orisoft

Reporting Relationship
* Directly to - HRIS & Reports Supervisor
